Meet Jessica

Jessica Morgenthal is a catalyst for systemic change, driving resilience and transformation in purpose-driven organizations and teams. Her work awakens leaders and teams to the importance of nurturing all stakeholders in their ecosystem—including the natural world—while embracing strategic, long-term, and regenerative thinking. Through coaching, speaking engagements, trainings, retreats, and her Resilience Gone Wild podcast, Jessica empowers organizations to navigate the complexities of modern life and work. She fosters a Win-Win-Win mindset, emphasizing resilience, responsibility, and foresight to create lasting, positive impacts that resonate within organizations and beyond.

Jessica Morgenthal is dedicated to replacing today’s me-centered world with a transformative Win-Win-Win Mindset. Her work emphasizes the power of individual, team, and organizational actions to create positive ripples that extend far beyond their immediate reach, inspiring more ethical, sustainable, and cooperative ways of living and working.

Jessica's journey began with a fascination for the dynamics of business and human relationships, which deepened through her experiences in retail, marketing, and strategy consulting. These roles revealed the importance of aligning business strategies with long-term sustainability and the challenges organizations face in pursuing short-term gains at the expense of people and the planet. During her college years, Jessica worked with NYPIRG and Ralph Nader on policy related to regenerative agriculture, social justice, and corporate responsibility in environmental litigation, further deepening her commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.

As a futurist at NCR/AT&T, Jessica focused on how innovative technology impacts business, and later, as an identity strategy consultant at Enterprise IG, she advised large companies on building a strategic identity rooted in their stakeholder ecosystem. Her work included consulting for major organizations like Cargill’s agricultural division, where she helped align business goals with the broader interests of stakeholders and sustainability.

For two decades, Jessica also led local community organizations focused on advocacy and learning, further honing her leadership skills and her passion for driving systemic change at the intersection of business, ethics, and sustainability.

Lifelong learning is a core pillar of Jessica’s journey. She earned her MBA from the University of Chicago, where she explored the balance between profitability and service—an approach that aligns with her values of sustainability and ethical leadership. Jessica further expanded her expertise with a master’s degree from Harvard, where she studied the intricate relationships between social justice, religion, and behavior.

Her commitment to continuous growth led her to advanced studies in positive psychology, resilience, and systemic team coaching. These disciplines now shape her work, providing the tools to empower leaders and teams to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. Jessica integrates these insights into her coaching, helping organizations unlock their full potential while building lasting resilience and strategic foresight.

After moving to Singer Island, Florida, Jessica’s connection with nature’s resilience deepened, shaping her focus on teaching resilience through nature’s lens. Today, she leads the Resilience Gone Wild podcast and coaches purpose-driven organizations on systemic transformation. Her mission is to help teams and leaders care for all stakeholders and embrace long-term, strategic thinking that fosters resilience, positive impact, and lasting success.
